The days when solar panels were unique are over. Large energy suppliers and retailers are also involved in the struggle to offer cheaper and better solutions to consumers. That is why 365zon asked us to strengthen the identity and really connect people to the brand.
Our solution
With a new positioning with matching communication and style concept, we gradually shaped the new course. And we loaded that new course inside and outside the organization with a strong total experience. From offline to online, from logo to communication and from print media to online platform. Typically '365zon' is visible and tangible in everything.
By integrating with SalesForce, we digitized almost the entire ‘ customer journey ’: from orientation to installation. This enhances a seamless brand experience on all fronts. In conclusion: a better user experience for users, unity in the brand experience, more valuable and relevant features and a more efficient working method for 365zon.
The result
The new positioning of 365zon reflects the most important and most distinctive values from the brand profile: the personal approach, solution orientation and know-how. From this position we defined a new brand strategy and we translated it into a renewed visual identity and matching communication concept. For example, 365zon is completely ready to prepare her ambition!
