BOVAG
BOVAG is a trade association of over 8,000 entrepreneurs involved in mobility. Companies specializing in passenger cars, classics, commercial vehicles and trucks, two-wheelers, caravans, trailers, engine overhauls, car rental and sharing, car washing, car polishing, traffic education, collision repair shops, and gas stations are welcome as members. Additionally, BOVAG is a quality mark for the customers of these companies. BOVAG members ensure that BOVAG customers can enjoy their mobility carefree and responsibly. And mobility can take many forms, of course, from bicycles to caravans and from cars to scooters.
Collaboration since 2022
The collaboration between BOVAG and Human Digital began in 2022 with the acquisition of the existing platforms of BOVAG.nl and mijn.BOVAG.nl. Since then, our dedicated agile team has managed all further developments and application management for these platforms, and we have established a close collaboration with the BOVAG team. From this collaboration, we initiated discussions with BOVAG in early 2023 about the future of the platforms and which developments suit BOVAG as an organization.
Composable DXP
Together with BOVAG, we embarked on an extensive architecture exploration, and with our Technical Director Ruud van Falier, we opted for a composable setup. In short, a composable DXP. This was followed by comprehensive system selection and a proof-of-concept, after which Sanity Content Management System was chosen with full conviction. As Human Digital, we have also strengthened and expanded our position as a Partner of Sanity.
We are very excited about the developments with BOVAG and this new platform! We're looking forward to it!
