NVM is the largest trade association for real estate professionals in the Netherlands. Through data, services, and advocacy, they support their members, equipping them to become qualified real estate professionals both nationally and internationally. With over 5,500 members, NVM is the largest association of real estate agents, appraisers, and property experts in the Netherlands.

The question

As a leading player in the real estate sector, NVM required a seamless and flexible website to support their diverse services, including the purchase and sale, appraisal, rental, and sustainability of properties. With the end of support for Umbraco 8 approaching in February 2025, there was an urgent need for an upgrade and for the support of new marketing campaigns.

Our solution

Human Digital took over and further developed the website nvm.nl on the Umbraco 8 platform. We then executed the migration to Umbraco 10 to ensure continued support and enhanced functionality. Additionally, we supported NVM's new market positioning campaign, "The Best Place for You." This included the technical translation of the new market positioning into templates and components, ensuring that nvm.nl aligns with the multi-year campaign.

The result

The website nvm.nl is now fully aligned with NVM's new market positioning. After the summer of 2024, we will begin work to further align the entire corporate website and its associated member portal.
