Higher conversions, increased revenue

A personal example of this is my experience ordering dog food for our dog Moos. Every six weeks, I receive a perfectly timed reminder email, just as the food is running low. With just two clicks, the order is placed again. This process includes automated emails for package tracking, reviews, invoices, and offers, including loyalty gifts and discounts on larger orders.

You might wonder why a relatively small webshop deserves so much attention. The answer lies in the fact that large organizations, such as insurance companies and e-commerce giants like Bol.com or Coolblue, have advanced digital infrastructures. Despite the Netherlands' leading position in this field, many e-commerce and IT managers still see room for improvement in their digital stack to achieve better services, higher conversions, and increased revenue.

What choice will you make?

Companies face the decision of whether to continue building on their existing platform or to set up a new digital environment. Clients who approach us often face similar challenges:

  • Outdated environment: upgrading feels like putting new wine in old bottles.

  • Customer experience: processes do not align with the customer experience.

  • Performance issues: the environment is slow, and interactions and design are outdated.

  • Flexibility: the platform is inflexible. Every change requires time, money, and external resources.

These factors are reasons to critically review the current architecture, infrastructure, and platform and re-evaluate the strategy. However, the executive team often struggles with budgets, staff shortages, and the complexity of new implementations. A new digital platform carries risks and costs, but by breaking down the approach, the steps become less complex, and a full upgrade or replatforming is no longer necessary.

The solution: MACH technology

MicroservicesAPI’s, Cloud and Headless (MACH) are the components that keep your digital environment scalable and robust. Composable DXPs enable companies to operate flexibly and efficiently without the constraints of interdependencies.

What choices will you make?

We are happy to help you find the right solution.
